Refunds, Returns and Order Modifications Policy

This Refunds, Returns and Order Modifications Policy ("Refunds, Returns and Order Modifications Policy") describes our delivery and return guidelines, designed to enable you to fully enjoy your shopping experience. This Refunds, Returns and Order Modifications Policy shall apply with respect to all of our products ("Products") ordered via the https://gumpaws.com/ (the "Site"), including Items sold within at a discounted rate and/or during seasonal sales and promotion. You may have certain cancellation or return rights governed by local legislation. Nothing in this Refunds, Returns and Order Modifications Policy will affect your statutory rights.

  1. Cancellation

    We understand that circumstances may change after you place an Order. You can cancel your subscription at any time on the Site or by contacting our support team.
  2. Modifying Orders

    We understand that circumstances may change after you place an order.

    2.1 For Unfulfilled Orders

    If your Order has not yet been processed for shipping, we can accommodate requests to add, change, or remove Products from the Order you placed. Please contact our support team with your Order number and the specific modifications you need. Any price adjustments will be processed according to the current pricing of Products being added or removed.

    2.2 For Fulfilled Orders

    Once your Order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the Products in your Order due to the speed involved with our fulfillment process. This includes changes to Products, payment method, shipping address, and shipping method.

  1. Returns and Refunds

    We accept Product returns for most Products within 90 days after delivery. Products must be in their original, unopened and unused condition with all packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your Order number. Returns requested after the 90-day period are not eligible for a refund. Upon receiving the returned product, we will process a refund for the month in which the return was made and only the current month's subscription fee will be refunded. For one-time customers- the Product will be fully refunded. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned Product.
  2. Defective or Incorrect Products

    If you receive a defective or incorrect Product or if any Product is missing from your Order, please contact our support team within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Product, and provide your Order number, photos of the damaged Product and packaging (if applicable) and details about the issue. Our team will verify the damage and arrange for replacement items to be shipped to you, store credit, or a full refund at our discretion.
